It's raining out, so I didn't run today (also, you know, the ankle). Instead I did an hour of yoga from the yogamazing podcast. Note: you have to pay to download them from their website, but are otherwise free on itunes.
In fact, there are a whole bunch of free yoga podcasts on itunes, some especially designed for runners.

Update: Wow. The Yogamazing workout for the glutes is killer. My ass is killing me today!

ReplyDeleteJust type in "Yoga for Runners" into the itunes search. There are a few video podcasts. I did also pay the $2 for the iPhone app. I use it to stretch before and after I run.
