To answer Aubrey's question about tracking miles, I just use Google Maps. There is also this very cool website (www.run.com) where people post their runs. Good stuff.
I am super bummed to say that I fear this week will be a wash. My ankle is still driving me crazy. After shuffling 4 miles on it on Monday, it's still painful to walk. My new shoes should be here tomorrow, so I'll try a walk with those. It's totally maddening.
