Alas, I was truly living up to the "poser" moniker this week. I haven't run since Thursday due to inclement weather, but am prepping for a long run (6 miles) today.
Yes, yes, I suck--especially since Fox has been out there, kickin' it hard despite rain, snow, and sleet.
Before you jackals nip at my heels, I assure all twas only a temporary respite!
My motto: "Never give up, never surrender!"
Update: ran my 6 miler in 59 minutes. So Fox, I have a spiff idea! We should post the last song we listen to on our respective runs and offer it up for mutual judgment and scoffing! :)
