I did 30 minutes of Yoga and walked 1.5 miles yesterday as my "recovery" from the long run. I didn't feel very tired or sore. So it seemed kind of lame.
Today I ran 3 miles in 30 minutes (again). I think it might be time to go a little harder on the short runs. They are coming much easier.
This is the last song I was listening to. It was awful:
Finally - can we talk about the "runner's high?" WTF is it? And why do I never (nor have I ever) had it?
The finish line, maybe? You're elated to cross it after 26.2 miles?
