Ran 3 miles in 32:65. 3 or 4 stoplights (I forget...)
It was really cold out. 45 degrees and I don't have winter gear here anymore. I ran in leggings that kept falling down and a long sleeved shirt. I really need to buy proper running gear...
Otherwise, it was ok. Perhaps even a good run :)
I'll Fartlek on Friday when the weather is warmer.
I like how you have renamed the Farlteks Fart-leks. That's about how I feel about them, too.
