I have been errant in running ALL WEEK so, yes, I still suck...That said, I did go snowshoeing in Rocky Mountain National Park this weekend for 5-6 miles (hard to tell in the conditions), which should count for something. Back is still a bit off, though... Will see how it takes 7 miles today with Ox.
The view of our destination is to your right (twas more snowy--prolly 3ft of fresh snow in places...so much for summer).
Update: Just came back from our 7 miler and...RAN IT in an hour and 15 minutes so a 10.7 minute mile pace!!! Most importantly--even after climbing approx. 200 ft in elevation (two killer hills)--I still had a ton of energy! This is the first run that has made me feel like I can lick this bitch (not sure if that's the correct expression)!!! :)
