
Yogalosophized today for 50 minutes! The exercises are by Mandy Ingber (fab looking women to your right). She does combinations of poses and toning exercises that I actually enjoy, although Ingber is a bit "talky" in the video (be a "peaceful warrior"? "I have a great ass" as a mantra?). She actually posts some of her poses and exercises on her website and has some decent playlists.
You guys have any other suggestions for yoga videos that aren't slow and boring?
My long run for this week is supposed to be only 5 miles--a break after the supposed 7 miles I ran this weekend...sigh. Well, I'm gonna do the 7 miles instead of the 5 and hopefully won't get injured. Don't let me chicken out again...This is your opportunity to heckle me!

Hmmm--I think I'm week 7, but I can make it week 6 and try for my 7 miles again!
