Ok, ok...Dr. Twilight is back. Tonight I will go for an unscheduled 5-mile run in my new abode and you peeps better hold me to it. I get my Garmin Forerunner 205 GPS/Heart rate monitor tomorrow unless someone steals it from my mailbox (something which has apparently occurred at my apartment complex), which will hopefully allow me to plan my runs more accurately. For now, wish me luck on the first run in a very, very, very long time.
I am so sorry that you have all (all two of you) been left to the literary/athletic devices of Smokin' Fox for the past two months. That will change TODAY! :P

I have that Garmin. It's very manly. Gives you a good bicep workout!
