I realized that this 3 mile loop I do near my house is a lot of slow downhills followed by several sharp uphills. I could do it in reverse, and I probably should. But for now, I ran the whole thing without stopping and knew the hill was coming so I could attack it. I like knowing where I'm going.
I don't know what my time was. I was hoping for less than 1/2 hour, but I messed up the ipod shuffle list when I return. I couldn't get the songs again :( Oh well, I'll try again tomorrow and see!
