Another 3 miles

Well, 3.15 miles to be precise. In 32 minutes. Not as good as yesterday, but it was ok.

Also, I skyped with a friend that I haven't video chatted with since before this whole running business began. He said I was looking "very good. Very, very good."

Heh.

    Ok...I WILL start running...it's jus hot...because I live in the desert...sigh...
