I'm in Norway and the hotel has a gym!
My knee has healed - yay!
But my ankle is still freaking out. So I hopped on the elliptical for 45 minutes. I'm definitely not caught up. But I am encouraged. After feeling totally discouraged the last week and a half, this little bit helps.
So, yay.
Week 8 Day 5: Ankle pain is improving, but slowly. WTF did I do to myself?!?!
ReplyDeleteNo gym at the hotel tonight and tomorrow night. So, yoga it is! I'm hoping to run - at least a little bit - again this weekend.
Being injured totally blows. I'm not happy.
